This analytical review for April 2026 examines 16 testimonies concerning unlawful deprivation of liberty, enforced disappearance, torture, unlawful transfer, filtration, deportation and politically motivated persecution. The documented cases show recurring patterns of detention without legal grounds, concealment of whereabouts, violence, coercion, threats against relatives and prosecution by Russian or occupation structures.
